Fanfare from Nordhordland is based on the Geita Slåtten (folk tune) from Osterøy in Nordhordland, Norway. Performed by Manger musikklag in Biskopshavn church - 2014 Sound recording, mixing and mastering: Havard Matland Permission has been given to use the photos by the relevant municipality. Nordhordlandsfanfaren was commissioned as an open competition and funded as a joint venture by several municipalities to celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the Norwegian Constitution. Johan Modahl Leiva was declared the winner by the jury early in 2014.

Nordhordlandsfanfaren er basert på Geitaslåtten frå Osterøy Framført av Manger musikklag i Biskopshavn kyrkje - 2014 Lydfesting, miksing og mastering av Håvard Matlan. Bruken av bileta er avklara via dei einskilde kommunane. Nordhordlandsfanfaren kom i stand som ein felles fanfare for heile regionen i samband med grunnlovsjubiléet, der kommunane saman lyste ut ein konkurranse. Johan Modahl Leiva vart kåra som vinnar av fagjuryen tidleg i 2014.
